We offer a variety of Segway tours that explore the rich history and culture of New Orleans, including famous landmarks and hidden gems.
How long do the tours typically last?
Our tours generally last between 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing you to fully experience the sights and sounds of New Orleans while enjoying a leisurely ride on a Segway.
Are the tours suitable for beginners?
Yes, our tours are designed for all skill levels, including beginners. Our certified guides provide a brief training session before the tour begins to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
Can I take children on the tours?
No, our tours are restricted to users 14 years old and over.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit, but a weight limit. The customer must not weigh less than 66 pounds (30 kilos) and no more than 260 pounds (117 kilos)
Can I bring my pet on the tours?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets during our tours.
What should I wear during the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sunscreen and sunglasses are also advisable for a pleasant experience under the New Orleans sun.

The address provided is a Meeting Point only.
Your guide will meet you on the sidewalk in front 1024 Elysian Fields Ave.

Can I rent a Segway PT and take it without a Tour Guide?
We do not offer rentals at this time. All tours are Guide assisted.
Does the price include gratuity for our Guide?
No, if you liked the Tour, feel free to offer your guide a tip.
What is the cancellation policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
